NOTICE: East Canyon State Park is currently under Stage 1 Fire Restrictions. No open fires are allowed except within established campfire facilities in our improved campgrounds and picnic areas. Visit Utah Fire Info’s website for more information on these restrictions. #FireSense makes sense

Launch Ramp:  The courtesy docks are in the water. More information on Utah State Park’s boat ramp conditions is available HERE.  

Boat Decontaimnation: Boat decontamination is available from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please call ahead for an appointment at 801-829-6866. Appointments receive priority over walk-in decontaminations.

Campground:

  • Dixie Campground is open.
  • Big Rock campground is open.

Campsites:

  • Individual site reservations can be made up to 4 months in advance.
  • Group site reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance.
