Laws govern the creation and use of records and determine who can access them. Government works under the double requirement of public transparency and protecting private information.
In order to obtain a copy of any type of records from Utah State Parks, we must comply with the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) and have a completed GRAMA request submitted. The form may be submitted via email, fax or mail to our Records Section at:

There is a research and copy fee associated with each request. Specific fee information can be provided once the completed request is submitted and the records are located.
