Laws govern the creation and use of records and determine who can access them. Government works under the double requirement of public transparency and protecting private information.
In order to obtain a copy of any type of record from Utah State Parks, we must comply with the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) and have a completed GRAMA request submitted.
