NOTICE: Lost Creek State Park is currently in major construction and amenities improvements as of June 1st 2025. The Little Trail Creek Area (below the dam) is closed to all day use and camping activities except fishing in the creek. Anglers will need to park near the dam and stay out of the way of construction. The Deer Hollow Area(1st parking lot before crossing dam) will experience intermittent closures throughout the construction process. Please stay out of closed areas to allow access to the rest of the park. All other areas of this park remain in an extremely primitive state.
Welcome to Lost Creek State Park!

In 2021, the Utah State Legislature passed HB 257, officially designating Lost Creek State Park, located about 10 miles northeast of Croydon in Morgan County.
Lost Creek Reservoir has long been a popular destination for paddling, fishing, swimming, and camping in a peaceful, wakeless setting.
Currently, the park remains largely undeveloped but offers essential amenities for visitors, including:
- Vault restrooms
- A primitive campground
- A boat ramp
The park is still in the construction phase, with no modern facilities in place. Plans include upgraded campgrounds, restrooms, a park entrance and day use areas.
We encourage you to enjoy Lost Creek’s natural beauty and simple amenities while we work toward enhancing the park. Thank you for your patience, and please check back for updates on our progress!
