Welcome to Huntington State Park
Campers please be aware we are replacing our irrigation system in the campground and crews will be working on each section of the campground until the project is complete, your site may have mounds of dirt and exposed pipe lines.
When entering the park and campground area all tires on your vehicle and camping unit MUST remain on asphalt. We have new sprinklers and irrigation lines. If you go off of asphalt you will be charged for any damages caused.
At check-in you may be placed in a site that has been completed to make your stay better. Thank you for understanding!
The Campground restrooms and showers are open. Boat docks are in the water!
If you are in need of a boat decontamination please contact the park.
We do decontaminaitons only by appointment.
Camping reservations for the 2025 season can be made through Reserve America. Reservations cannot be made through the State Park office phone line. You can make reservations 4 months in advance, but not within 48 hours of your arrival. Walk-in fees can be paid by fee envelope at the entrance station or by using Park Pass online.
Cinnamon-colored buttes provide a backdrop for this quiet desert oasis. Popular with locals, this warm-water reservoir is ideal for waterskiing, fishing, and crawdad catching. Huntington is a great weekend destination or a perfect picnic spot.
We added electrical and water hookups to every site in the campground in 2017.
