June 28- Geology Hike, 8am
Join two of our rangers at Curtis Bench Trail for a beautiful morning hike. You will get to learn about how the park was formed, and the different types of rocks we have here. We will also be pointing out some of the different types of plants on the trail.
July 6-Flora and Fauna Hike, 7:30pm
Join a ranger at Curtis Bench trail to learn more about the plants and animals that thrive in the desert.
July 12- Scorpions! 9:30pm
Learn about these amazing critters of the night and then go an a short hike to find them with blacklights! Meets at the Amphitheater near
July 13- Star Party! 9:30pm
Learn about the stars and constellations and view space objects through our telescopes! Meets at the Observation Point.
July 21-Full Buck Moon Hike, 930 pm
Join a ranger at the Observation Point to hike through the hoodoos and learn about the moon, dark sky and nocturnal wildlife.
