Park Fees

Primitive camping only, while park is under construction.

-A $15.00 Camping Fee, per vehicle, per night, is required 365 days per year.

Payment can be made by using the self-pay fee station located near the dumpster on Willow Springs Road and Dalton Wells Road using cash or check.

Payment by credit card can be done by visiting https://parkspass.utah.gov/parks/UTRAPT/camping

Primitive camping will be allowed during construction of new state park facilities and amenities. Access to camping will be available on the Dalton Wells and Willow Springs roads. Camp only in disturbed sites which contain a fire pit (do not build additional fire pits). See below for additional Park Guidelines.

Your park fees provide for the care, protection and enhancement of this park.

Park Guidelines

Camping

-Each camping fee covers one vehicle and any attached recreational equipment per night.

-Camp only in disturbed areas with existing fire pits. Do not build additional fire pits.

-When all existing campsites are filled please find another area to camp. Creating new campsites will result in a citation.

Fires   

-Campfires are only allowed in existing fire pits. Do not leave fires unattended.

-Fire restrictions may be in effect.

-Fireworks are prohibited.

-Collecting and gathering firewood within the park is not allowed.

Trails  

-Wheeled cross-country travel is not allowed. Stay on marked trails/roads and be respectful of               other users.

Wastewater

-It is unlawful to dump or drain wastewater from campers or trailers onto the ground.

-Portable toilets and/or pit toilets are available for use near most camping areas.

Special Use Permits

-A Special Use Permit is required for all special events and commercial or professional filming and photography. A permit is also required for any commercial activity within the park boundary (if you are getting paid by another person to use the state park land, i.e. tours, onsite rentals, etc.).
