Contractors will begin replacing aging bridges along the Rail Trail between Wyatt Earp Way and Richardson Flat Road on Monday, July 15. A few details to note: Projected project timeline is from Monday, July 15, 2024 through the end of September. A detour route (gravel surface) is in place (noted in blue below) A paved bike connection is available via Wyatt Earp Way to S.R. 248 (eastbound) and from Richardson Flat to S.R. 248 (westbound).
 
Trail work has begun, expect heavy equipment. Weed mitigation may be present during weekdays.
 
Trail conditions will be improved from previous years. The trail has been grated and cleared of vegetation from Echo through HWY 248.
