JORDANELLE STATE PARK – Jordanelle State Park will be closed to day-use water access tomorrow, Sunday, August 15, in order for fire fighting crews to utilize the reservoir in their efforts to contain the #ParleysCanyonFire.

This means no motorized boats, paddle boards, kayaks, swimmers, etc., will be allowed on the water. The picnic areas and sandy beaches will remain open.

All camping reservations will be honored at this time.

Those wanting to visit another nearby boating park are encouraged to visit Deer Creek State Park or East Canyon State Park.

This situation remains fluid at this time. Please check Jordanelle State Park’s website and Facebook page for updates.
