High Winds Temporarily Close Great Salt Lake Marina

UPDATE- As of 3:36 p.m., the Marina is back up to the public.

GREAT SALT LAKE STATE PARK – Due to strong winds and possible dangers associated with them, the Great Salt Lake Marina is temporarily closed.

This follows the action plan in place to protect visitor’s, park property and user property at the Marina.

Once the front has passed the park will re–open. Thank you all for your understanding. Stay safe out there.
