Echo State Park Has A Manager!

Eric Bradshaw, the manager of the Rockport/Echo State Park Complex

ECHO STATE PARK — The Utah Division of Parks and Recreation is proud to announce that Eric Bradshaw has been chosen as the manager for both Echo State Park and Rockport State Park.

A native of Logan Utah, Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Utah State University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Natural Resources from the University of Idaho.

Eric has been a valuable asset for Utah State Parks since he first joined us as a seasonal 2009. He has a wide variety of work experience and has worked as a seasonal at Bear Lake State Park and multiple seasons as a forest tech with the U.S. Forest Service. He joined us full-time in 2013 as a park ranger at Hyrum State Park and continued on to become assistant manager at both Lake Powell and East Canyon State Park.

Eric is excited for the opportunity to serve the people of Utah as Park Manager of Utah’s newest state park. For updates on Echo State Park, check for updates on the new Echo State Park website, and be sure to follow Echo State Park on Facebook. While construction continues at Echo, you can reach staff through the number listed for Rockport State Park: 435-336-2241
