Applications for the closed bid and random draw will be accepted until April 9, 2023. For the closed bids, the highest bid will get the first choice of slips for a four-year period, provided they renew each year. Second highest will get second choice and so on until available slips are filled.
Random drawing is just that- all applications are randomized and you pick your slip in order of the random number assigned to you.
Once all slips are assigned any remaining applications will remain on a waiting list in the order they were assigned.
