First Fill out this google form with your basic information Current Long Term Boat Slip Form
-Fill out this fillable Boat Slip lease permit 2026 Boat Slip Permit
-Provide a valid boat registration
-Provide a valid boat insurance
-Provide an annual park pass or purchase one.
-Complete the STD of the sea training and information STDoftheSea.Utah.gov
