Escape to the great outdoors and enjoy a relaxing overnight stay at East Canyon State Park. Whether you’re looking for a cozy cabin, a lakeside RV site, or a traditional tent camping experience, we have a variety of accommodations to fit your needs.

Camping & RV Sites

East Canyon State Park offers a range of camping options, from primitive sites to full hookup RV spots.

  • Full and partial hookup sites are available for RVs, offering water, electricity, and sewer at select sites.
  • Tent camping provides a traditional camping experience under the stars with easy access to the lake and surrounding trails.
  • During the winter season from October through April, Dixie Campground remains open on a first-come, first-served basis. Vault restrooms are available, along with a climate-controlled restroom with showers near the concession building.

Reservations for campsites can be made up to four months in advance for stays from May through September.

Cabins & Yurts

For those looking for more comfort, East Canyon State Park offers cabins, yurts, and a lake cottage with scenic views and modern amenities.

  • Cabins are pet-friendly and provide a cozy retreat.
  • The lake cottage includes a queen bedroom, a loft with two twin beds, and a fold-out couch bed. It features a full bathroom, a kitchen area with a microwave and fridge, a front porch with seating, and a fire pit and picnic table nearby. The cottage is ADA accessible and offers beautiful views of the water.
  • Yurts provide a unique camping experience that combines comfort with adventure.

Reservations for yurts and cabins are available year-round.
