Deer Creek Trail

The Deer Creek Trail is a segment of the Provo-Jordan River Parkway Trail. This non-motorized trail is 8.03 miles long and is located on the western hillside above Deer Creek Reservoir. The trail is designed for biking, equestrian use and hiking. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your dog. The trail provides access to the western shore of Deer Creek for walk-in anglers. No trespassing within 1500 feet of the dam.

Trailheads:
Deer Creek Dam Trailhead – located on U.S. 189 south of the Deer Creek Dam.
Soldier Hollow Trailhead – located at Soldier Hollow.

  • The Deer Creek Trail is for non-motorized use only. The trail was designed for non-motorized use (biking, equestrian use and hiking). ATVs, dirt bikes, vehicles, and any kind of motorized use are prohibited.
