Great Salt Lake Marina Closed Due to Fire

UPDATE 10:20 p.m.: Thanks to changes in weather and the efforts of first responders, the marina is scheduled to reopen to the public tomorrow morning, Sunday Sept. 16. However, the park will be without power and restroom facilities for the immediate future. The park visitors center is also closed. Thank you to all who assisted in the firefighting efforts.

GREAT SALT LAKE STATE PARK — As of 3 p.m. Saturday Sept. 15, 2018, the marina at the Great Salt Lake State Park has been closed and evacuated due to an approaching fire.
