Volunteer

We need you! Individuals, couples, and families with children of all ages, as well as service groups and clubs, are needed for worthwhile and fun projects. Whether you can spend a few minutes, hours, days, or months, a volunteer assignment can be tailored to meet your interests.

Current Hosting Needs:

Adopt a Park:

  • Picnic Area
  • Cemetery

  • Commissary

Service groups:

There are many opportunities for service for community groups, church groups, scout groups and families.

Eagle Scout Projects:

  1. Homesteading Interpretive Area:
    Creating giant Lincoln Logs that will be used to build log cabins

Internship opportunities:  Please contact the park.
