Historic Trail
The Utahraptor Historic Trail is home to the Dalton Wells CCC Camp and the Moab Citizen Isolation Center. With shade structures and benches along the way, this 0.5-mile trail contains minimal elevation gain and is perfect for anyone interested in this park’s history.

Sovereign Trail System
The Sovereign Trail System offers 50 miles of OHV and ATV trails, which include networks of slickrock, singletracks, and connector roads.
The central loop is a mix of easy and moderate trails, with small rock ledges and mildly steep hills scattered along the trail. The northern and southern loops are more difficult, with the south loop having a very steep hill.

Dalton Wells Dinosaur Quarry
The Dalton Wells Dinosaur Quarry Trail leads to the site of where Utahraptor and 8 other species of dinosaur were originally found!
With 217ft elevation gain along a 0.8-mile path, this unique journey takes visitors back in time through colorful rock layers of the Jurassic and Cretaceous Periods and provides unmatched views of the entire State Park!
The trailhead is located at: 38.721952, -109.690499
The road to the trailhead is a rocky dirt road where 4WD and high clearance is recommended.

Klonzo Mountain Bike Trails
The Klonzo Mountain Bike Trails, built in 2012, are an excellent system with a good mix of trail surfaces at an intermediate skill level. The total mileage for the system is 24 miles. All of the trails are intermediate with small tougher sections with moderate climbs.
There are two trailheads (A and B). Both are about 2.5 miles out on the Willow Springs Road, which must be entered through the Utahraptor State Park Entrance. 4-wheel-drive is highly recommended to cross the wash on Willow Springs Road.
