First Day Hike

Start a New Year tradition with fresh air, community and movement. Meet at the Perimeter Trailhead at Rock Cliff Recreation area for an easy 2-mile round-trip hike overlooking the Provo River inlet and Jordanelle Reservoir.
This is a family and leashed-dog friendly activity. Plan to clean up after your dogs. This annual event will take place rain or shine – keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates on trail conditions. There is no additional fee -regular park entry fees apply.
