EKO: Bird Walk

Join a park ranger on a guided morning walk along the nature trail and eagle beach to discover the incredible birdlife that calls Willard Bay home. Whether you are an experienced birder with a life list or someone just looking to learn a few common species, this walk is a perfect way to start your day. We’ll talk about identification tips, and keep our eyes peeled for visitors like pelicans, herons, and egrets.
Bring binoculars if you have them, insect repellant, water and snacks. Wear weather – appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.
