There are many miles of hiking opportunities at Utah's state parks.  Here is an alphabetical list (by park) of hiking trails available at these parks.  All distances are in round trip measurements ranging from 200 yards to 54 miles.  Difficulty ratings are general estimates ranging from very easy to very difficult.  Some trails are open to multiple user groups; please be courteous.

Be prepared when hiking or biking on trails:  travel with a buddy, wear sturdy shoes, carry plenty of water and use sunscreen.
