Scofield's 2008 Ice Breaker Tournament (May 17, 2008 - May 17, 2008)
Location: Mountain View Group Area. Preregistration: Begins May 2nd and continues until event starts. Event Registration: Friday May 16th 6-7:30 pm or Saturday 6:30-7:30 am. Entry Fee: $20.00 per person. Tournament Times: Saturday May 17th 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Weigh in times: 3:30pm to 4:00pm. Awards will be giving out following the weigh in. Awards will be gift certificates from Sportsman's Warehouse. 1st place $400, 2nd $300, 3rd $100. There will be $200 in giveaways following the awards. A copy of the rules will be given at time of registration at the event.
Scofield,s Tug a Trout Free Fishing Fair (June 07, 2008 - June 07, 2008)
The Scofield staff would like to get the youth involved in fishing once again. We will be showing different techniques of fishing. We will be providing some equipment for those who don't have any. If you have your own pole please bring it. We will also have a fly fishing and fly tying demonstration. Come along and see what the outdoors has for you. Our goal is to teach you how to "tug" a big one in.
Time: 8:30 am to 12:30
Place: Scofiled (Lakeside) Day Use area
What to bring: outdoor clothing, any fishing gear, camera, and a note book
