Join the park naturalist at the visitor center amphitheater at 10:30 a.m. for a program on the tracks and scat left by the animals of the Colorado Plateau. We don't always see these animals but we can look for signs that they were here!

Join the park naturalist at the visitor center amphitheater at 2:30 p.m. for a short slide show about the creatures living in potholes at Dead Horse Point. We have our own aquatic environment! After the show we will take a short hike to the potholes north of the visitor center where we will (weather permitting) see the places these creatures call "home."

Meet at the visitor center amphitheater at 7:30 p.m. for a slide show about the history of Dead Horse Point. We will talk about how the park got its name, some hang gliding stories and some of the favorite features of the park you can still see today.
