Most seasonal positions are available March – November. Some positions are year-round.

  • Visitor Center/Gift Shop
  • Fielding Garr Ranch
  • Interpretive Program

Volunteering

We need you! Individuals, couples, and families with children of all ages, as well as service groups and clubs are needed for worthwhile and fun projects. Whether you can spend a few minutes, hours, days, or months, a volunteer assignment can be tailored to meet your interests.

Ongoing Volunteer Positions:

General Volunteer Application

  • Visitor Center Information and Gift Shop – minimum 4 hours per month
  • Historic Fielding Garr Ranch Host – minimum 4 hours per month
  • Trail Patrol – minimum 10 hours per month
  • Naturalist Volunteer – minimum 10 hours per month
  • Campground Host – 20 hrs/week for onsite campsite (full hookups)

Months Needed: Year-round

Adopt-A-Park Program:

Our Adopt-A-Park program allows an individual, family or group to help preserve and maintain Antelope Island State Park. There are several trails within the park available for adoption, including Buffalo Point, Ladyfinger Point, Mountain View, and more. Your efforts help keep the park clean and safe for all to enjoy. In return, we’ll post a sign recognizing your efforts.

Requirements: One-year commitment with a minimum of three work projects or clean-ups per year.
