TriUtah Rock Cliff Triathlon - August 17th and 18th, 2011 EVENT. Rock Cliff Recreation area will be closed from 5:00pm on Friday, August 17, 2012 until 5:00pm Saturday, August 18, 2012. Day use, campgrounds, and adjacent waters will be closed to the public for the dates listed. Spectator access will be permitted by shuttle. The ramp at Hailstone will remain open to the public. Please plan accordingly.
