Overnight camping on moored boats only. Great Salt Lake averages only about 25 feet in depth. Unless you are familiar with the lake, it is suggested that you stay about two miles off shore. With the onset of winter water temperatures have plumeted. Be prepared and pay close attention to hypothermia warnings and conditions.

Brine shrimp harvesting has begun. When boating on the lake please keep at least 300' distance from harvesting operations.
